NCM Healthcare is a Health Information Management company that provides certification training and consulting services to support to small and mid-size healthcare organizations. We focus on quality & integrity and believe in the quality of patient care.

NCM Healthcare also provides medical coding, consulting services, along with baseline, concurrent and retrospective audits that will help your practice avoid government and commercial audits.

NCM Healthcare is licensed by The American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) to facilitate their Professional Medical Coding Curriculum and Professional Medical Billing Curriculum. All instructors are CPC, and CPC-I credentialed by The American Academy of Professional Coders. Courses are offered from the comfort of your home, virtual online to accommodate the scheduling demands of working professionals and child care responsibilities. The AAPC Professional Medical Coding Curriculum and Professional Medical Billing Curriculum prepares our students to successfully test for the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Biller (CPB) examination. The quality of our programs and our instructors’ dedication, 95% of our students pass the CPC or CPB examination.

NCM Healthcare also provides onsite training on medical coding, billing, and reimbursement.

Founder & CEO

Natasha C. Miller is a leader in health information management and is certified through the American Academy of Professional Coder (AAPC). She is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) through AHIMA. Natasha holds her Certified Professional Coder certification (CPC), Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Professional Coder – Instructor (CPC-I) and is AAPC Certified ICD-10-CM Trainer. She has over 18 years in healthcare professional combined experience in medical coding, medical records, clinical, teaching provider documentation, medical insurance eligibility, claims adjudication, supervisory, compliance and auditing

Natasha Miller received her Master’s of Science degree in Health Information Management (HIM) from The College of St. Scholastica in 2016. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management from Walden University in 2012. Natasha Miller also received her Associate of Science degree in Social Sciences from Sacramento City College in 2007. Natasha teaches medical coding and medical billing. She has also taught medical billing, coding, auditing to medical coders in Corporate America. Her experiences also include project management and consulting. Natasha is also an online adjunct instructor for Health Information Technology, Medical Billing and Coding.

Natasha Miller is a member of the AAPC and AHIMA. Natasha loves to learn and participate in seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay current with health information management and the business of medicine. She has a passion for mentoring new coders and is excited to hear when one of her previous students call to say they have passed their certification exam.

For over 37 years Tina Williams have worn many hats in the healthcare industry. Tina Williams is currently Learning Consultant with Kaiser Permanente Regional, a former Director of Accounts Receivable, Regional Billing Manager; Revenue Cycle consultant, Adjunct Faculty for graduate and undergraduate healthcare administration programs with University of Phoenix, Cengage Learning, and Heald College; Ms Williams consulted for some of the U.S. most prestigious healthcare providers addressing coding and compliance, chart audit, and charge capture.

Ms. Williams founded and launched San Francisco Medical Coding Institute (SFMCI) in 2007 and Ms. Williams is passionate about supporting providers, and desired to bring together high level individuals who believe in the provider’s plight and to assure that they are reimbursed appropriately while providing quality care.

Denise Burke
CPC, CPC-I, CCS-P

Denise Burke, CPC, CPC-I, CCS-P, has more than 30 years of experience within healthcare industry. She has held various positions in areas such as coding, compliance, reimbursement, billing, in addition to being an AAPC PMCC instructor. She began her career as a medical assistant, working for various small private practices in New York. She quickly transitioned from medical assisting duties and concentrated her interests in the administrative role of Office Management for several practices. In 2000, she relocated to Delaware with her family and began to work with A I DuPont/Nemours, working as the billing supervisor for pediatric cardiology, under the leadership of Dr. William Norwood. After four years, she was afforded the opportunity to teach the AAPC curriculum for CPC medical coding certification for four years, to full-time to adults for the State of Delaware, (Delaware Skills Center). She was granted an opportunity to work for Dover Air Force Base as a Coding Auditor.

Within two years, she secured the Coding Compliance Auditor/Coding Manager position at Johns Hopkins University, where she held this position for seven years. She specialized in the overseeing of departmental compliance guidelines, physician coding, billing functions, specialized audits, as well as providing documentation education to physicians/mid-level providers of various specialties.
